Step 2: Hold on FN+C till indicator flashing faster
Step3: Tab " wireless keyboard" in device's Bluetooth list
Step 4: Done

I can't write correctly with the keyboard,is the keyboard defective?

No, it is not defective generally, it is the problem of your incorrect settings. Please follow the steps as below to correct settings:

Step 1:add German to be your language input(you can go to device's setting--general management--language input to check)
Step 2:make the wireless keyboard to be German(you can go to device's setting--general management--input language--keyboard to check)
Step 3:if there are other languages input installed in your tablet, for example English, please press Ctrl+Space to switch to German before writing(It will show on your screen of tablet you are switching ).
Step 4:If you still cannot write correctly, please press FN+D on keyboard for 3-5 seconds and start from the step 3 above once again.
