It is soft because it is corded instead of flat, and I really appreciate it.
It is adjustable, I need it to be closer to my face than lower, and I can achieve it with this lanyard.
The material seems to be strong both for the lanyard and the metal parts.
The colors are nice and that makes me happier.

Well constructed product

This is an excellent product. We had a different one previouSly that had a plastic lanyard holder and it easily ripped off. The way this one is constructed I don't see that ever happening!

Wish I would have bought this sooner.

This was a super product for my travels. No more worries about where is my phone or searching for it in the plane seat. My only regret is I did not buy it sooner.
